<description>The African film &amp;nbsp;festival&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;called Ecrans&amp;nbsp;Noirs 2005 is at&amp;nbsp; its ninth edition.&amp;nbsp; It is held since 04 Jun e2005 and will finish o要 June 12, 2005.&amp;nbsp; First of all, allow me to give merit to these African&amp;nbsp; initiative (Association which deals with the Black films).&amp;nbsp; It is an very good event .&amp;nbsp; But allow me to give my humble points of view&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;considering which, I hope, will be able to make evolve/move the thing.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp;feel myself a little disappointed by the Black Screens.&amp;nbsp; My feeling&amp;nbsp; can be influenced by the fact that we were not projected, might others says.&amp;nbsp; But I do not feel that the Black Screens support the blossoming of young&amp;nbsp; cameroonian artists .&amp;nbsp; If not, how to explain that Festel, which&amp;nbsp;is not yet &amp;nbsp;very known , request&amp;nbsp; that the artists deposit their productions for a preselection?&amp;nbsp; Is o要e wonders then, which the criterion of passage to the Black Screens?&amp;nbsp; Is necessary it to be famous, known?&amp;nbsp; Or, considering the notoriety of the Black Screens....&amp;nbsp; Nevertheless, I make a point of congratulating all the team o要 the Black Screens for their dynamism;&amp;nbsp; it is beautiful to see.&amp;nbsp; And I wish of any heart that it be created a Festival International Amateurs in Cameroon.</description>
